Delete your account
How to delete your account in the PREZOR app and all data linked to it. The app is provided by Prezor GmbH.
In the app
- Open the PREZOR app and sign in.
- Tap the service icon in the top right corner.
- Choose Konto löschen (Delete account) and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app, by email
No longer have the app installed? Email support@prezor.com with the subject “Delete app account”, ideally from the email address you use to sign in to the app. We delete your account within one month at the latest and confirm the deletion by email.
What is deleted
- your app account including name and email address
- the suitcases you registered in the app
- your support chats
- your damage reports including photos
- pending sign-in links
What is kept
Orders and invoices from the prezor.com shop are kept as long as statutory retention periods apply (up to ten years). Your warranty is not affected, your proof of purchase remains sufficient.
