Five-year warranty.
We build suitcases that last. And if something does not, we stand behind it. Here are the conditions in detail.
Warranty
Valid for orders placed on or after 8 November 2025.
A. Covered products
This limited warranty applies to Prezor luggage purchased directly from Prezor. The luggage is intended for normal travel use (plane, car, train, ship or on foot). Any use beyond that purpose is not covered.
B. Scope
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, to the original recipient. Valid proof of purchase is required. The warranty is not transferable and is not valid for commercial or rental use.
For purchases made through authorized retail partners, the warranty applies to the end customer in the same way. Valid proof of purchase from the retailer is required.
C. Extent of the warranty
Prezor warrants for 5 years from the date of purchase that the luggage is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty applies to delivery addresses within the European Union and Switzerland.
D. Covered & Not Covered Damage
Covered:
Cracks or breaks in the shell
Wheels, handles or telescopic handles that break off and can no longer be used
Not covered:
Normal signs of use (e.g. scratches, dents, changes in color)
Replacement of intact individual pieces from a set
Used or refurbished goods
Forgotten combination lock codes
In a warranty case, Prezor decides at its own discretion whether to repair or replace. Replacement products may differ in color. For limited or sold-out models, a product of equal or higher value is provided.
E. How to make a warranty claim
Simply get in touch with us, either through our contact form or by email to info@prezor.de.
So that we can assess your case quickly, please send us right away:
Order number or proof of purchase
Photos of the damage
a short video showing the problem (e.g. wheel, handle or lock in motion)
We review your request and get back to you promptly. If it is a warranty case, we take care of the repair or replacement.
We cover all costs for any return shipment in full.
Repaired or replaced goods carry over the remaining original warranty period.
F. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prezor's liability is limited to the purchase price paid. Prezor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
G. Dispute resolution
In the event of a disagreement, both parties first seek an amicable solution.
Prezor is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
H. Applicable law & place of jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
If you are a consumer within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain in place. You may bring an action either in your country of residence or in Berlin.
