What is the current status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. This way, you'll always be up to date on where your package is.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to track your shipment's current location and estimated delivery date.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, simply visit the following link, fill out the form, and print the return label. Package the items securely and return them to us. You'll receive a refund once we've inspected the return.
The buyer bears the costs of return.

Shipping & Delivery

How will my suitcase be packed for shipping?

Your suitcase is carefully packed in multiple layers to ensure optimal protection and a special unboxing experience.

First, the suitcase is placed in a high-quality cotton dustbag.

It is then placed in a matte black PREZOR packaging.

For shipping, this is additionally protected by a sturdy PREZOR outer carton.

This way, we ensure that your suitcase arrives safely and offers a special experience right from the moment of unboxing.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products are shipped from our logistics locations in Germany.

For Germany, shipping takes place from our warehouse in the Frankfurt area, which enables us to guarantee fast 2-3 day delivery times.

For France and other EU countries, we also use a location near the German-French border to ensure smooth and efficient shipping.

How long does shipping take?
  • Germany: 2–3 business days
  • France: 4–7 business days
  • European Union: 4–7 business days
  • Outside the EU: 7–10 business days

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.

Does PREZOR also ship internationally?

Yes, PREZOR ships internationally.

The available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Are there any additional duties or taxes?

Within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import fees are incurred.

For international deliveries outside the EU, additional charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These are borne by the respective customer.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

How does the return process work?

To initiate a return, please fill out our return form, which you can find here: -> Return Form, and send it to us via email.

After review, we will provide you with the return address.

You are responsible for the return shipment yourself.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and no return label will be provided.

We recommend securely packaging the goods and using trackable shipping.

If you have any questions, our team will assist you throughout the process.

Within what period can I return?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the goods, using the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

A direct exchange process is not currently available.

However, you can easily return your item within the return period and receive your money back.

You can then simply place a new order if needed.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

A return label will not be provided by us.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Should your suitcase arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will quickly find a suitable solution.

How does my aluminum case change over time?

Our suitcases are crafted from exquisite materials and are distinguished by their exceptional robustness and durability. Reinforced with sturdy aluminum edges and a resilient frame, they offer optimal protection for your travel essentials. Every scratch, every dent is more than just a sign of use - it's a piece of history that bears the traces of your experiences. Our luggage grows with you, and over time, it becomes a unique companion that documents your travels in its own special way.

Which suitcase size is best for me?

The right size depends on the length of your trip and your individual packing style.

  • Size S (Carry-On): ideal for short trips of 2–4 days
  • Size M (Check-In): suitable for trips of 5–7 days
  • Size L (Check-In): optimal for longer trips
Is my suitcase suitable as carry-on luggage?

Our Size S Carry-On (Cabin) was designed to meet most common airline requirements.

Please note that regulations may vary depending on the airline.

Does the suitcase have a TSA lock?

Yes, all our suitcases are equipped with two integrated TSA locks.

Are there spare parts for my suitcase?

Yes, we offer selected spare parts.
Please feel free to contact us with your request.

Does Prezor offer repairs or services?

We do not currently offer traditional repairs.

As part of our warranty, we will simply exchange affected models.

How long is the warranty on my suitcase?

We offer a 5-year warranty on our suitcases.
